Tomas Agüera the Spanish Lawyer
Tomas Agüera is a Lawyer in Marbella and was born in Spain to a Spanish Father and German mother and is fluent in Spanish, English and German.
Tomas graduated from the University of Granada in 1987 with a degree in law and specialises along with general legal activities in Company and Civil law.
The legal practice based in the Costa del Sol has been in existence since 1988 and Tomas is a lawyer and a barrister and able to attend Court in both Spain and the UK.
Communications and Advice
Heather moved to Spain 10 years ago to set up International Mortgage Solutions. Previously Heather ran the London Legal Aid Office in the UK managing in excess of € 50 million of public funds and was manager during the period of setting up franchising of lawyers offices. Heather also set up and launched the Special investigations unit to investigate legal aid certificates granted to the apparently wealthy.
From the Legal Aid Board Heather moved to Banking and was Regional Director in South East for both National and Provincial and Bradford and Bingley. In 2012 Heather and Tomas developed the Spanish Conveyance Services as a joint venture.
Ravena Rhys Jones
Ravena has lived in Spain since age of 5 years and has many years work experience in the financial sector and understanding of the legal side of property purchase.
Ravena graduated from Kings College London with a UK Law degree, after taking her degree Ravena returned to Spain looking to become a lawyer in Marbella and instead elected to work for Halifax using her legal knowledge and understanding of English to help clients buy in Spain. Ravena joined IMS SL 8 years ago as the mortgage processing director.
